Yes, selected family and group rooms are suitable for travellers who want to stay together. Contact the team for larger group planning.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage is generally available around check-in and check-out, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. This is subject to outlet capacity and staff instructions on the day.
What if I arrive late?
You may check in any time after 3:00 PM with a valid booking. Our reception officially closes at 9:00 PM, but if you arrive later, simply ring the doorbell and our night staff will assist you.
For a quicker late check-in, we recommend completing your pre-arrival registration in advance with your estimated arrival time and passport details. Please also have the passports of all guests ready on arrival, as our staff will verify the submitted details and visually inspect each passport during check-in.
