Our check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am strictly the next day. We need to follow this timing strictly so that our housekeepers have enough time to turn over the beds and clean up the rooms and all other areas for the incoming guests.
Early Check-in:
Any earlier check-in before 3 pm, it is chargeable at the prevailing nightly rate. You can book the extra night here.
Otherwise, you can drop your luggage off with us between 9 am and 9 pm, and come back later.
(After Hours/Late/Self) Check-in:
You can check in late (after hours). Please refer here for the specific instructions.
Early Check-out:
You can check out at any time of the day. Please drop the keycard (if applicable) into the key drop box found near the reception area. Should you have a late evening flight to catch, you may also leave your luggage with us at the reception, and come back later for it (before 9 pm).
Late Check-out:
Late check-out after 11 am is strictly not allowed. Please empty out your items in the room & locker and return the keycard (if applicable) to the reception before 11 am. You may leave your luggage at the reception, and come back later for it (before 9 pm). Otherwise, please extend your stay here. We reserve the right to pack and relocate your items in the room and locker should we fail to contact you past your check-out time.
