Singapore hostel check-in guide for Wink guests

A smooth hostel arrival starts before you reach the front desk. Keep your booking details, identification, and arrival timing clear so the team can help you settle in faster.

Before you travel

• Check the outlet name on your booking confirmation.
• Save your booking reference and contact details somewhere easy to access.
• Prepare your passport or valid photo ID for guest registration.
• Confirm your arrival time, especially if you expect to arrive late.

Check-in and check-out timing

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If your travel schedule falls outside those times, contact the stay team before arrival so they can advise on the best option for your outlet and date.

Luggage storage is generally available around check-in and check-out, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. This is subject to outlet capacity and staff instructions on the day.

Pack for shared spaces

Capsule hostel stays are easiest when your essentials are compact and organized. Keep toiletries, sleepwear, chargers, and travel documents in a small pouch so you do not need to unpack everything in the room.

If you arrive late

Flight delays and late buses happen. Message the team as soon as your arrival timing changes, and include your name, booking date, outlet, and estimated arrival time.
