1. Direct Booking

a. Direct booking refers to bookings made DIRECTLY on winkhostel.com.

 
b. A booking is effective upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking. 

c. Direct booking is entitled to the following benefits (unless otherwise stated):

Standard Rate:

  • If you cancel more than 5 days before check-in day, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in day, you are entitled to a Free Credit.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hr before check-in time, you will be charged the first night. 50% of the balance nights (if any) can be converted to a Free Credit.

    

Non-Refundable Rate:

  • If you cancel more than 5 days before check-in day, you are entitled to a Free Credit.

  • If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in day, you will be charged the first night. 50% of the balance nights (if any) can be converted to a Free Credit.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hr before check-in time, you will be charged in full.
     

d. All cancellation or date change request must reach us via email with our acknowledgement. 

e. Free Credit:

  • Must be redeemed in full within 6 months from the date of first activation. 

  • The request for new arrival date is subjected to availability. Any upward price difference based on current best available rate requires a top up; any downward price difference will not be refunded.

  • Once the new arrival date is confirmed, no further amendment is permitted thereafter.
     

2. Indirect Booking

Indirect booking refers to bookings made through third-party agents (i.e.: Agoda, AirBnB, Booking.com, CTrip, Expedia, Traveloka, etc). You will be charged as per the booking policy mentioned in the respective booking sites.
 
Date change and free cancellation are generally not permitted. Please consult your agents for any specific handling.
